Mr. B.S.N. Murthy is a distinguished professional with a unique blend of academic credentials, including degrees in Science and Law from Osmania University, an MBA from Newport University, California, and a Master's in Psychology from Acharya Nagarjuna University. With over two decades of expertise in Life Skills and Soft Skills Training, he has pioneered innovative teaching methodologies to address modern training needs.
As a sought-after trainer, Mr. Murthy has designed and delivered customized programs, seminars, and workshops for diverse audiences, leveraging his extensive experience across various sectors. His training approach is characterized by interactive and activity-oriented techniques, fostering experiential learning and tangible results.
Mr. Murthy's reputation as a leading trainer is underscored by his association with the prestigious Vivekananda Institute of Human Excellence (VIHE), Ramakrishna Mutt, Hyderabad, where he serves as a Senior Faculty Member. He has been instrumental in shaping the soft skills and personality development of numerous individuals over the past two decades.
Through his mentorship, Mr. Murthy has empowered over 1000 teachers and guided parents in mastering effective parenting techniques. As the Founder and CEO of Chinmayi Synergies, he has successfully trained pre-primary teachers, equipping them with essential skills in Early Childhood Education.
In addition to his entrepreneurial ventures, Mr. Murthy holds esteemed positions as HOD of the Pre-Primary Teacher Training Division in Jawaharlal Nehru National Youth Centre and Vice-President of the Private School Principals Association.
